Enit Medina, PE, brings over 11 years of invaluable engineering expertise to her role as a Project Engineer at Halley Engineering and Contractors. With a focus on conventional, design-build, and cost-saving initiatives, Enit has consistently delivered outstanding results throughout her career.

She currently serves as the Treasurer for FES Miami, a position she has held since 2022, where she manages tasks such as monthly account balancing and event payment collection. Additionally, she contributed to the engineering community by holding the ASCE T&DI Chair position from 2017 – 2018.

During her tenure at Ardurra, Enit distinguished herself in Maintenance of Traffic and large Design-Build Contracts, showcasing her exceptional technical and management skills. Her proficiency extends to successfully completing designs for a diverse array of transportation projects in South Florida. Notably, Enit has played integral roles in several high-profile endeavors, including the I-395/SR 836/I-95 Reconstruction Design-Build for D6 in Miami-Dade County, the I-95 Express Lanes Phase 3A-2 and 3B-1 for D4 in Broward/Palm Beach Counties, and the GMX New HEFT Ramp Connections project. Currently serving as the design Project Manager for all cost-saving initiatives on the Golden Glades Interchange (GGI) project, Enit exemplifies leadership, innovation, and a relentless dedication to excellence.

In addition to her demanding professional commitments, Enit prioritizes nurturing her passions and hobbies, finding solace and inspiration in the world of abstract painting and the graceful art of ballet. Enit Medina’s candidacy for the FES Miami Vice Presidency position embodies a commitment to growth and giving back to the organization.
