Becoming a member of FES creates Leadership opportunities through meeting attendance, volunteering for community projects, serving on various Chapter committees and becoming a Chapter Officer. These types of activities help develop better leadership habits which can then be applied at the employee’s work place, community organizations, or even at home. The relationships developed by FES members can become the cornerstone for future teaming agreements resulting in tangible revenue.
