Roland A. Rodriguez, PE has over 27 years of Civil Engineering Experience with a focus on Consulting, Engineering & Inspection (CEI). He is a proud US Marine with 6 years of service and is licensed in Florida and Georgia. Roland began his career at FDOT as a Roadway Inspector and worked his way through FDOT. While still a Senior Inspector, he was awarded FDOT’s educational leave with pay and earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Florida International University in 2001. Upon his graduation and return to FDOT he was accepted into the D6 Professional Engineer Trainee program. Through his career, successfully managed over $600 million in construction contracts gaining experience on major and complex projects roadway and bridge projects including Design-Build and two Residency Contracts (Miami-Dade and Monroe Residencies). He has experience managing mutli-project contracts, category 2 structures, and bascule bridges through multiple FDOT Districts in Florida. Roland is currently a Principal and Vice President at Pinnacle Consulting Enterprises, Inc. and a FELI Alumni Class of 2019. He resides in Coral Gables with his beautiful wife and two daughters.
