PRESIDENT

Joanne has over 20 years of local project experience. She has managed or been involved in the WASD projects dating back to the late 1990’s. The WASD projects involved interactions with local permitting agencies including RER, FDOT, Building and Zoning, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE). In addition to her management experience at WASD, Joanne managed two professional service agreement contracts at Port Miami with a value of $3.5 million completing over 15 individual task authorizations.

She has served as both project manager and project engineer on feasibility studies and engineering design projects. Joanne has also served as the bond engineer to various county agencies providing solid waste, water-based transportation-ports, and water/wastewater services. She has engineering and consulting experience in the fields of water resources, interstate pipelines, ports and maritime facilities, and solid waste management.
