Pedro Zuloaga

Founder and President at Zumacon, a consulting company that provides management, valuation (including ESG) and employee development services to clients with operations in the Americas. Zumacon also provides business development and distribution services for innovative technologies in the A/E/C industry.

Prior to starting Zumacon, Pedro worked for 30 years at AECOM, serving in a wide range of roles including: a) Area Manager/Office Manager, b) principal-in-charge and/or project manager and business development lead for planning, environmental, architecture, engineering design and construction management projects, c) strategy and operational culture development and d) operational management turnarounds. He obtained his bachelors and masters degree in engineering from the University of Florida. He is a LEED AP professional, was trained in Advanced Valuation at NYU, received leadership training at UCLA, and completed post graduate work in psychology and theology. Pedro is a multidisciplinary life long learner.

Teaching, coaching and mentoring others, particularly regarding financial fitness, decision making and compounding across all walks of life, as well as recycling capital (human and financial) for the benefit of the less privileged are personal priorities and the reason Zumacon was founded. His goal is to help as many FES members be financially independent as quickly as possible.
